We bring together community voices, local leaders, and food system partners to improve food access and support local producers across Dallas County. By removing barriers and empowering neighborhoods, we’re working to build a resilient, nourishing food system that helps every resident thrive.
Cities across the country have shown that a community-driven food plan can create real, lasting improvements in how people access and engage with their local food system. A Dallas–Dallas County Food Plan will bring together leaders, food producers, institutional buyers, researchers, public agencies, and residents to create a roadmap that expands healthy food access for everyone and supports a strong, thriving food future for our region.
